CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Ron Sanchez, UVA basketball’s interim head coach, is out as the warriors vs knicks box score program’s complete-time chief.

According to a UVA Athletics news release, Athletics Director Carla Williams announced the decision Wednesday, March twelve.

Sanchez was named Virginia’s interim head mentor in October when Tony Bennett surprisingly retired three months prior to the period commenced.

Virginia completed this season with a history of 15-17.

Sanchez continues to be a Element of UVA’s basketball plan for eleven seasons, ten as an assistant to Bennett.
